Оргкомитет «Сочи-2014» может предоставить своему телекоммуникационному спонсору право поместить символику Игр на предоплаченные одноцелевые накопительные карты, не деноминированные в денежных единицах, при условии что поставщик телекоммуникационных услуг четко обозначит на карте и в рекламе подобной карты, что она используется только для получения телекоммуникационных услуг этого поставщика. За исключением указанного выше, Оргкомитету «Сочи-2014» не позволено предоставлять организации, не являющейся партнером Оргкомитета, право помещать символику Игр на любых предоплаченных одноцелевых накопительных картах независимо от их деноминации.

restrictions on OCOG marks appearing on non-partner cards
Sochi 2014 shall be permitted to grant to its telecom sponsor the right to place Games marks on pre-paid single function stored value cards not denominated in monetary units provided that the telecom service provider makes clear on and in the promotion of such card that the card is used to access the telecom service provider's telecommunication services only. Except as stated above, Sochi 2014 shall not be permitted to grant a non-partner organization the right to place Games marks on any pre-paid single function stored value cards, whatever their denomination.
